When Solutions Auto Group (SAG) opened our first dealership in 2008, we wanted to do things differently. We have seen quite a few Buy Here Pay Here customers from other dealerships end up with major mechanical issues with the cars they have bought.
We set out to do better for our community. We quickly learned that offering our customers quality vehicles was much more than selling
them a sound car. Because with cars, it is not a matter of IF they break down, it is WHEN they break down. We want you to be taken care of all the way through the buying process and to the end of your contract.

Here is how it all works!
SAG’s VIP package was designed to make your life simpler and easier when getting an automobile.
- A Free Warranty is on every vehicle we finance. 3 Month or 3,000 miles, whichever comes first (WCF) BUMPER 2 BUMPER! We can only recondition a vehicle so much. If you have items, you want taken care of,
we will split the cost with you. Fifty percent is paid by the customer and fifty percent is paid by the dealership. 3day/300 miles, cannot exceed 3 business days or 300 miles and must be in same condition as
the day of delivery. All vehicles have wear and tear! Make sure you check out the agreed upon vehicle! - We have chosen Assured Vehicle Protection (AVP) as our Service Contract provider. Depending on the age and miles of the vehicle, SAG determines the period and coverage we offer. For example, 12 months or 12,000 miles up to 24 months or 24,000 miles WCF. There is always a $200 “per repair” (not per visit) deductible. Basic 12/12 coverage is Powertrain ONLY, engine, transmission, and driveline. 18/18 or 24/24 coverage is Powertrain PLUS other major items. Make sure you get the AVP Security Contract flyer with “What Is Covered.” NEVER get surprised with unexpected repair bills again! Money is due when you drop the vehicle off for coverage. The balance is due when you pick it up. If the balance exceeds $200, we can finance it with prior approval. You will receive a “Vehicle Service Request Form” to help us understand any issue you might be having.
- Debt Cancellation Coverage! In the event of a covered total loss to the collateral, compliance by lessee, incident report filed, all documentation requested and provided by lessee, and good faith as determined by
the SAG/AVP Administrator, the remaining lease balance and residual will be waived less a $500 deductible. Refer to the official “Voluntary Debt Cancellation Agreement” that was executed when you leased the
vehicle. Quite often, as a VIP, SAG will waive the $500 deductible and allow the lessor to put the $500 towards the down payment of another vehicle, with approved credit. - Mandatory OIL CHANGES are FREE! The life of a vehicle is how it is taken care of. Failure to follow the manufacturer’s recommendation for servicing may result in denial of a repair claim. It is the lessee responsibility to make sure maintenance is performed and provide verifiable original receipts of such. If you have an AVP Service Contract, refer to page 7, Part 8 – Your Responsibilities, to receive the maximum benefits. Parts and labor have got extremely expensive. A minimum of 10% discount on Labor for our VIPs!
- Need tires, with prior approval from SAG, we can finance this for you. NO MARKUP and NO INTEREST! Depending on your payment history, up to 50% down will be required and equal payments added to each
payment. Normal procedure is two remaining equal payments to pay the balance. - Every time you BRING IN a friend, family member, coworker, or neighbor, or gosh, even a stranger and they get a vehicle from us, YOU get $200 credited to your account. Could you pay for your car just by opening your mouth… YUP, if you open it enough! Or, $100 if they mention you on the credit application and you were not able to bring them in. Non-VIP members only get $50! VIP members get referrals doubled in the first 30 days, UP TO $400!!
- Not sure what to do in the event of a breakdown?? SAG VIP members will be reimbursed up to $100 per year toward towing a vehicle currently financed with SAG!!
- SAG will draw name(s) from the VIP members that have a perfect pay history to win Cash or Prizes! This will be around the 15 th of the month. Nope! It is not a scam. We can pay advertising companies or you!! We
will announce on our FB page when the next drawing will be. Then we will go FB live to make it happen. - JOB LOSS? Unexpected medical bills? If you suffer an “Involuntary” Job Loss or medical hardship, we want to support you through the tough times. After 6 months of payments, partial payment deferrals are available. Certain terms must be completed to qualify. You will receive the “Payment Protection Request Form” for approval.
- “Vehicle Return Fee” can be eliminated! If you get in a bind and need to return your vehicle, no problem.
Complete 12 months of payments. Make sure any excess wear & tear or excess mileage is paid. We will
then waive the $995.00 Vehicle Return Fee! Eliminate NEGATIVE EQUITY!!
